The retailer Uniqlo announced it will occupy 25,000 square feet across the first and second floors of the long-vacant Downtown Crossing building. The opening is expected in 2026.
The deal ends roughly two decades of vacancy at the prominent corner. City officials hope the flagship store will draw additional retail investment to the area.
