Geraghty Associates is converting an office property at 1 State Street into a 47,000-square-foot apartment complex with 75 units, of which 13 will be designated affordable housing. Ground-floor retail will be preserved.
The project is one of several conversions reshaping the Financial District. Developers say demand for downtown living remains strong despite remote work trends.
